Semi automatic turntable designed for low cost integration.

Unit has the benefit of a powered system but does not require the safety system required with a fully powered system.

Using a spin and lock system the operator does not need to manually rotate the table. When the robot finishes its cycle the table de-latches and spins the table 180° into an auto catch system that locks the table automatically.

If at any time the operator is in the way the table it will stop and will require manually completing the cycle.

The table load is limited to 100 kg for safety reasons.

All semi auto system are supplied with safety ring which all tooling must be mounted inboard.
