To complement our stretch-bending design and manufacturing capability we are able to offer integrated roll forming equipment enabling our clients to procure turn-key solutions.

This in turn ensures that our clients reduce their own project management costs whilst having maximum control of the end product quality.

Our specialty lies in our expertise of designing and operating equipment within high volume precision component manufacture.

Our knowledge of processing a range of materials including high strength steels and aluminium’s mean that we are able to supply equipment to a range of industries requiring high end components such as automotive, commercial vehicle, aerospace, military and power generation.

We are able to design and supply the following equipment either standalone or integrated with stretch bending or welding equipment either bespoke or standard configuration:

• Non powered and powered de-coiling units

• Pre-punching and notching equipment and tooling (looped or flying control)

• Encoding units for high end precision hole punching and notching

• Roll forming machines and  roll tooling with and without rafting systems and precision tool setting  readouts

• Straightening and curving units

• Cut-off machines (press or hydraulic) and tooling

• Integrated welding for closed profiles using a variety of technologies (spot welding, TIG, laser)

• Choice of controllers and equipment according to customers preference
